My stay at Sparks Hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpful nature of the staff. However, the noise levels from the disco on the 8th floor were disturbing, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. While the breakfast spread left much to be desired, I did enjoy the convenience of the hotel's location in Jakarta.
